Recommendation: Because the connection to the door has a safety relevance, the app should not be the only indoor station. Mobile connections, whether via WLAN or the mobile phone network, will never achieve the same functional reliability as wired or DECT™ connection. The app should therefore be supplemented by an additional call station. This can be a Siedle station or a landline phone connected via the TC interface. We recommend that each integral residential unit is fitted with an additional call station which works independently of the WLAN and mobile phone network. |
