Functional improvement with V 1.2

Description:
Occasional problems with communication using the app with the Access server have been remedied in V. 1.2. This fix has eliminated the sporadic program crashes which happened in the previous versions. However, it can still happen that the app cannot always be reliably accessed. According to our current knowledge, this applies to all apps which run in the background without active intervention of the user.

Background:
Correct function of the app cannot be guaranteed under all circumstances. It depends on factors such as the ambient application conditions and characteristics of the mobile terminal and its operating system. We are working continuously to improve both the app itself and its connection to the server, but there are certain factors over which we have no influence.
Recommendation:
Because the connection to the door has a safety relevance, the app should not be the only indoor station. Mobile connections, whether via WLAN or the mobile phone network, will never achieve the same functional reliability as wired or DECT™ connection. The app should therefore be supplemented by an additional call station. This can be a Siedle station or a landline phone connected via the TC interface. We recommend that each integral residential unit is fitted with an additional call station which works independently of the WLAN and mobile phone network.
